Angler fishing the open waters of Hakai Pass during a 5-day salmon fishing package at Joe's Lodge

5-Day All-Inclusive Fishing Package

$3,700 USD  |  $5,000 CAD

This is the full Joe's experience. Five days of fishing from first light to sundown in some of the most productive waters on BC's central coast. You fish at your own pace, on your own boat, on your own schedule. When you're done for the day, a hot buffet meal is waiting and your boat will be cleaned, restocked, and ready for morning.

It's a simple formula — and it works.

What's Included:

  • Round-trip flight from Vancouver's South Terminal to Bella Bella

  • Water taxi to and from the lodge

  • 5 nights accommodation on the main lodge

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily (west coast buffet style)

  • Bagged lunch option for days you'd rather eat on the water

  • Your own assigned 17-foot, 60-horsepower Boston Whaler

  • Pre-programmed GPS, VHF marine radio, and Lowrance sounder

  • Full fishing setup: rods, reels, tackle, bait, knives, coolers, and a bonker

A Day at Joe's

No itinerary, no schedule, no one telling you where to be. Here's what a typical day looks like — though at Joe's, no two days are the same.

6:00 AM — Hot breakfast buffet opens. Real food. Eggs, bacon, the works.

Morning — Fish the morning bite.

Midday — Lunch on the boat, or come in and eat.

Afternoon — Keep fishing, or take a break. The scenery out here is enough reason to stay on the water.

Sunset — Come in, weigh your catch, and watch it get recorded on the board.

Evening — Dinner buffet, a cold drink at the bar, and stories from the day.

Night — The crew cleans, restocks, and fuels your boat for tomorrow. You don't lift a finger.

Add a Guide

$600 per Day

Self-guided fishing is what Joe's is built on. But if you want an expert on your boat — someone who knows every fishing spot in Hakai Pass and can put you on fish faster than you'd find them yourself — a guided day is worth every penny.

Our guides have fished these waters for years. They know the tides, the spots, and the techniques. Whether you're chasing a trophy Chinook or just want to maximize your time on the water, booking a guide for one or two days of your trip is one of the best upgrades you can make.

Bringing a Group? We've Got Your Own Barge.

Groups of 8 to 12 anglers can book exclusive use of the Small Barge — a private building on the north side of the dock, separate from the main lodge. It's the best way to bring your crew to Hakai Pass and have your own space to call home for the trip.

The Small Barge includes three bedrooms (each with two bunk beds, USB ports, outlets, heater, and WiFi), two full private bathrooms, and a lounge area with couches, TV, coffee table, mini bar, and snacks. It's your own corner of the lodge.

All meals, boats, gear, and fish processing are still included — everything Joe's offers, just with your own private footprint.

Contact us to discuss group pricing and availability.

Your Catch, Ready for Home

Every fish you keep gets taken care of by our crew. We'll clean it, vacuum-seal it, flash-freeze it, and box it — ready for the flight home. Each box is packed to a maximum of 50 lbs for airline compliance.

Want your fish canned, candied, or smoked? We'll set you up with St. Jean's Cannery so you can come home with something a little different.

Most guests leave with 30–70 lbs of fish. Plan for it — it's a good problem to have.
